14-day money-back guarantee
If Collabook Pro isn't right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. The same applies within 14 days of a yearly renewal.
After 14 days
- You can cancel at any time. You'll keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
- We don't give partial refunds for unused time after the 14 days, unless the law requires it or something went wrong on our side.
How to ask for a refund
Email hello@collabook.net with the email address on your account, or use the link in your Paddle receipt. We aim to reply within two working days.
Who processes refunds
Collabook subscriptions are sold by our reseller, Paddle, who is the merchant of record. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Paddle and usually appear within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn't affect your rights as a consumer under UK law.
