Terms of service
The rules for using Collabook, kept as short and clear as we can.
These terms are the agreement between you and NSH Productions Ltd for using Collabook. By creating an account, you agree to them. Please also read our privacy policy.
1. Who can use Collabook
You must be 18 or over. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for anything done through your account.
2. What Collabook is
Collabook is a private log for keeping track of collaborations. It stores the details and links you enter. It doesn't store, host or share photos or videos, and it never posts anything for you.
3. Your content
- Everything you add to your log stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only so we can run Collabook for you.
- You're responsible for what you add, including the links you save and any details about other people. Only add information you're entitled to use.
- Don't use Collabook to store or link to anything illegal.
4. Plans and payment
- Free plan: lets you log up to 5 collabs.
- Pro plan: a paid subscription with unlimited collabs, billed monthly or yearly at the price shown when you subscribe.
- Subscriptions are sold by our reseller, Paddle, who acts as merchant of record and handles billing, tax and receipts. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
- If we change prices, we'll tell you in advance, and the new price only applies from your next renewal.
- Refunds are covered by our refund policy. This doesn't affect your legal rights as a consumer.
5. Using Collabook fairly
Don't try to break, overload, copy or get around the limits of Collabook, access other people's accounts, or use it to harass anyone.
6. Availability
We work hard to keep Collabook running and your information safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may improve or change features over time. If we ever close Collabook, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and a way to export your log.
7. Ending your account
You can stop using Collabook and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing hello@collabook.net. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Where possible, we'll warn you first.
8. Our responsibility to you
If we break these terms, we're responsible for losses you suffer that were a foreseeable result. We're not responsible for business losses, such as lost income or opportunities, or for losses caused by things outside our control. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud, and nothing affects your legal rights as a consumer.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If the changes are important, we'll email account holders before they take effect. If you keep using Collabook after that, the new terms apply.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring claims in your local courts.
